The Remington Express Buckshot 12 Gauge 12 Pellet 2.75in Shotgun Buckshot Ammunition can be used in a Mossberg 500 with a rifled barrel if it is chambered for 12 gauge. However, shooting buckshot or other sized shot shells out of a rifled barrel will cause the shot pattern to rapidly expand. So shooting this ammo or any shotgun ammo that is not a slug out of a rifled barrel will not be effective at holding a tight pattern. I recommend getting a smooth bore barrel for your Mossberg 500 if you want to shoot this Remington Express Buckshot 12 Gauge 12 Pellet 2.75in Shotgun Buckshot Ammunition.
