Specific guns often have ammo that works best in them for the goal you are trying to accomplish and it varies. The best way to find out what performs best with your gun is to shoot different ammo and see which one performs best. However, being that it is a Derringer in 45 Colt if you are using it for personal protection the ammo at the link below should work fine.
