Will this mount work with an Aimpoint ARCO P-2?

The Reptilia DOT Mount 1.93in Height for Aimpoint will not work with the ACRO P2.

Yes, the Reptilia DOT Mount 1.93in Height for Aimpoint will work with the Holosun HE403C. The Holosun HE403C using the Aimpoint footprint.

After mounting an optic in my case the HS503, will the red dot be at mil-spec height via 2.6in and co-witness a Midwest Industries fixed front post.

This is not an absolute co-witness mount. It is taller and would provide something closer to a lower 1/3 co-witness.
