1350 out the front lumens and candela is approximately 54,000. about 75min runtime no to switch or head

No this is not a mount. This item is the flashlight body.

No, it would not be compatible. The TORCH Dual Fuel/18650 is compatible with Modlite Systems and SureFire® M600DF Scout bezels and tail caps. The TORCH 3V/CR123 is compatible with SureFire® M300 Scout bezels and tail caps.

You will need either 3V/CR123 or 6V/CR123 depending on the model you choose.
