how do I choose the gas system length for the assembly?

A
Answered by Taylor Francois, member, from OR, United States, on July 16, 2025

Find out if your barrel is carbine, rifle, pistol length etc. they don’t come with gas tubes so you have to buy it separately. And it is a straight tube. However the question is how long your hand guard is, and from your gas block journal. My sig was a carbine length, and a 13.5 inch hand guard. I ordered the 4.3 inch one and still couldn’t easily adjust the gas system. So I ended up getting a 13 inch hand guard. Hope this helps.

Find out how long your hand guard is. And how far back your gas block journal is. Unless you have a cut out hand guard to adjust gas the gas block

Yes, if the gas block and barrel journal size is .750. The tapper on the front will be an easy install.

Depends on your gas length and handguard length. The website has a tool to help figure this out. My 11.5 barrel with a 10.5 handguard was compatible with the RS7534 3.4 inch version

Will this fit with the woox vigilante hand guard?

A
Answered by Garrett, guest, from TX, United States, on January 07, 2025

No, the rifle speed gas blocks are tall and have a high port location that requires a straight gas tube. Since the woox hand guard has a low profile in the center, the gas tube will not fit. Confirmed this with the 2.1" rifle speed gas block on a carbine length barrel and my vigilante handguard.
