This trigger group should be a drop in for any standard AR-15 lower receiver.

The Rave 140 fits perfect in the Aero Precision M4E1. Just dropped one in a few days ago, no issues.

This has happened on all of my Aero Gen 2 lowers. I contacted Aero Precision and Rise armament, and they were both already aware of the issue. You have to knock off the corners of the trigger housing to be able to clear the rounded internal dimensions of the Aero lower.
I know this is an issue with the RA140 triggers, but unsure with the Rave trigger as I have yet to purchase a Rave

This was exactly the case for me and my AP lower, however I didn't have to modifey the lower to get it to fit properly. It's just a VERY tight fit. It took some time and patience to get it in but it did eventually go in and the pins went in as well. I too was worried at first but it turned out to be a very nice trigger.
