No, these RISE Armament Trigger Anti-walk Pins are designed for use in Standard AR-15's with RISE Armament Triggers. I recommend contacting FosTech for a set of replacement pins for that trigger.

What's the inch pound torque that's recommended for these?

The torque spec on the screw is 11 inch-pounds maximum; however, 8 inch-pounds of torque is the recommended amount.

This will depend on the pin hole sizes, these pins have a .154 inch diameter.
