what is the chest measurement on the 2xl size, measured armpit to armpit?

According to the manufacturer the chest size for the Rothco M-51 Fishtail Parka 2XL is 49"-53". They do not provide a specific measurement for armpit to armpit.

How well is it insulated

The unit has a polyester Button-In Liner For Added Warmth but that is the most insulation the unit has.
