I’ve seen a few versions with the same ruger product code of 90563. Some show .308 on the side and some don’t. Why is that? — 2 Answers

Just some changes in the external mold from Ruger without updated photos being sent out to Dealers/Distributors. If the part number is the same, the part is the same as Ruger's current production which does not include the .308 stamp.

I just received both the 5rd & 10rd mags from OpticsPlanet today. They both have 308 stamped on them. They are for my 6.5 Creedmoor, so I'll be returning them & will look elsewhere for the ones without the 308 markings.
