got the 90722 fits gun but not trijicon. do they have another one

There are 3 plates offered by Ruger for the 57, however none of them are compatible with the Trijicon RMR mounting footprint/interface.

Will a holosun hs507c-x2 mound to this plate or will it need an adapter

This plate does not have a mounting interface that will be compatible with the Holosun 507C-X2 and there is not a compatible mount available that we carry at this time.

Will this plate be compatible with a dog Romeo?

This mount will not be compatible with any of the Sig Romeo optics. There is a mount available that will be compatible with the Romeo Zero and the Romeo 1 Pro, this mount can be found here: https://www.opticsplanet.com/ruger-57-optic-base-adapter-plate-jpoint-shield-sig.html
