Would this be a plug and play for a ruger pc carbine?

Don’t even know what that means dude...... If your barrel is threaded for 5/8 x 24 then this will work but it is for Rugged Suppressors that use the taper QD system. There are cheaper 3 prong FH out there if that’s what you need.
