Unfortunately Safariland does not make a version of this for the Ruger SP101, however HKS has an option that would work for you here: https://www.opticsplanet.com/hks-36a-38spc-5rd-sw-j-tau85-sp101.html

I use the Comp-1 Safariland speed loaders with my SP101 with a Hogue Grip and they work just fine. I use the Safariland metal clips to hold the Comp-1’s on my belt too. No problem here with either.
