No, this holster is designed for use with a Glock 17 with a red dot optic.

The Safariland Model 6354do Als Optic Tactical Holster will not fit a Glock 19 with a TLR-7. I'd recommend the 7280 7TS, 7390 7TS, or 7377 7TS Safariland holsters.
