If Sig said that the Sig P320 Spectre Comp will fit holsters for the P320 XFull then they should be compatible.

Yes, that is correct, as long as you are using the correct model in the correct holster, they will fit the x300 series.

You will need to make sure you specify that you want the 2.0 compatible model as the 2.0 line of M&P pistols have a slimmer profile compared to 1st gen pistols. Additionally, be sure to input what accessories such as optics and/or lights you will plan to run on this platform.
