Yes, the Glock 34 options should work for the full size Polymer80 frame as long as you are using it with a 34 or 35 length slide.

If i have a gen 3 glock 19 with an agency arms comp attached to it, will the g34 version of this fit since they would be close in length?

It will depend on the length of your slide/barrel overall. They offer a Glock 17 model which is meant for Glock models with a 4.5-6.5" length while the Glock 34 model is listed for 5-7". The only major difference is the amount the holster will extend to accommodate the barrel/slide.

Will this work with my 2011 STI DVC Carry 9mm?

It will not as the 1911 model will accommodate STI's from 5-7" and the DVC Carry is 4".
