COWITNESS HEIGHT: absolute - 36 mm (1.42") OR lower third - 40 mm (1.57")

both will co witness but absolute will have the iron sights matching the red dot in the middle of the glass and 1/3 will have the iron sights in the lower parts of the glass if you need them. 1/3 co witness will allow you to pick your head up a little in a more comfortable posture but still allow you to use the irons if needed.
