Will this work with EXPS and the G45 (5x model) magnifier?

The Scopecoat EOTech XPS Red Dot Scope Cover w/3x Magnifier might work with that magnifier. However, I recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm compatibility since it is not listed as being compatible and there is not a specific model for that magnifier.

Is this just for the eotech sight or is it made to fit over the sight and the magnifier

The only difference is the EXPS us slightly taller but the cover will still fit just fine.

The description states XPS w 3x magnifier. Will this work with the EXPS w 3x magnifier? The EXPS is slightly larger than the XPS.

What is the length and dia. of this cover

The cover for just the sight fits sights similar in size to 3.8” x 2.1” x 2.5”. The ones for the sight and magnifier fit setups similar in size to 7.7” x 2.3” x 3.3”.
