No, the battery cannot be changed out without contacting Seek for warranty services.

what are the differences between this one and the pro. I noticed battery lasts longer on this one. also compared to leopold

The major differences is that the Pro has a 320 x 240 High-Resolution Thermal Sensor versus the 206 x 156 Sensor the XR unit has, the Pro unit 32 degree field of view versus the XR 20 degree FOV, and finally the PRO has a long distance reading of 12" to 1800 ft versus the XR at only 900 ft.

It has a reticle to read a specific temperature. It is subject to US EAR Export Regulations.

How long are their warranty

The base warranty is 1 year, however if you register the device within 90 days of purchase, they double that for a total of 2 years.
