The width across is 0.94" and the height at the tallest point is 1.37". Since the Aero Precision Atlas S One handguards have a groove in the top for the gas system like most handguards, this gives you more space than the diameter of the handguard would indicate. It will definitely fit inside that handguard.

I have this adjustable gas block and the atlas one handguard. This gas block touches the handguard. In other words, it DOES NOT fit properly.

I have a 15” Dirtybird SMRS handguard which has a 1.37” ID and it contacts the gas block.
