Per the shown Product Info: "...Utilizing SENTRY's most flexible, secure and innovative accessory carry system on the market, the patent pending Variable Mounting Platform enables accessories to mount directly on standard 1.5 - 1.75 in belts via MOLLE/PALS mounting or integrated belt loops in either vertical or horizontal orientations." Sounds like it has an integrated system for mounting to MOLLE, and horizontally or vertically to 1.5" or 1.75" belts.
