It’s my first time having a muzzle brake my question is does the tip of it that screws off stay on the brake or do I have to remove it to shoot rounds

Would this work for .300blk?

Its meant for 7.62x39 and 300 Blk. Is 7.62x35 so it will work but I would be concerned about the speed difference and excess pressure also this is an ak break and you would need an adapter for an ar. I'd recommend finding an ar10 break for your 300

Will this brake fit the 8.3 barrel of a IWI Galil Ace-GAP39SB?

No, this brake has a thread pitch of 14x1mm LH. Unfortunately, your model of the Galil Ace has a thread pitch of 5/8x24.
