Could I use this with the radian ramjet and after burner?

No, the xmacro comp & spectre comp slides will not fit the radian ramjet & after burner comp kits... it will only work with non comped slides...

Will this fit a P365 XMacro Grip module safety?

This slide would look short in an XMacro sized frame. Look for the 365XL-Improved sku instead

Will a Zaffiri ported barrel work with this slide? The barrel is 3" and the ports look like they line up with the "lighting cuts" on this slide.
