SBUR04 has a mil-spec front end. SBUR03 (discontinued) was fat up front to match our old handguards. If you buy an SBUR03 it is the same quality of course, but with it being fat up front you can't use a handguard that has rear facing tabs unless those tabs are up high, under the rail.
