The plate carrier itself holds 10" x 12" shooter or SAPI cut plates. This kit includes two level IV 10" x 12" plates.

For body fitment, the plate carrier is adjustable at the shoulder straps and cummerbund.

If you wear a tshirt size between medium and 2XL, you will be good to go.
