The Sig Sauer 8901048 OEM Replacement 9mm Luger For Sig P365 (3.1" Barrel), Coyote will work with that set up.

The slide will work on all p365 grip modules. You need to use a standard length barrel (3.1”) and the XL guide rod because the slide is as long as the XL slide.
