That really depends on the caliber of the rifle, the overall mount set up and what the rifle actually is. You would be ok with using a 20 MOA mount, but may need to adjust your zero point.

The scope can be mounted and used on a Barrett M82. I would recommend using an AR height mount for this scope and that rifle to provide the safest and most comfortable position when shouldering the rifle. Please email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com and we can look into mount options for you.

You can, but you cannot use the range finder for both simultaneously.

There are hundreds of mounting options, but whichever you choose to go with, just try to make sure that the rings are at least 1 inch tall.

The Ruger Precision benefits from using AR height mounts approximately 1.4-1.6 inches to provide the most comfortable cheek weld. Bare minimum you will want to go with a height around 1.25 inches.
