The SIG SAUER Blackpoint Tactical P365 Inside Waistband Holster will not work with red dots.

Will this holster Accommodate manual safety 365

Technically the holster is meant for a P365 with no safety. The manual safety model may fit, but this holster is not meant for it.

No, it will not. This holster is just meant for the P365 with no attachments or accessories.
