No, those are not gas impingement rifles, those are piston driven rifles.

No it will not work on a MPX. It is compatible with the SIG Sauer SIGM400.

will this fit the Sig 716i tread?

No, it will not. The 716I Tread is 7.62 caliber and requires a longer charging handle than the M400.

No, the M5 is .308/AR-10, and this is for AR-15 platform rifles.
