Will this 12" rail fit a sig rattler

Unfortunately the receiver of the Rattler is a bit shorter in length than the standard MCX guns so it will not fit.

It depends on the model, some of these are the factory squared handguards that do not fit suppressors, the models with "SD" in the last couple sections of the product code are wider models that fit suppressors.

What is the maximum diameter of a suppressor that can fit inside this hand guard?

That depends on which of the two models you are speaking of. The " standard " model handguard has a ID of 1.45" so that is a no go and that is the one that typically comes on your MCX Virtus Rilfe

The "suppressor compatible " model has a ID of slightly under 2". I can not think of a popular production suppressor that will not fit. Sig has one of the larger OD suppressors @ 1.75" for both the 7.62Ti and 338 Ti Series and they fit easily with room. Even the monstrous AAC Titan Series with a OD of 1.85" for 338LM will fit under it.
