How can I carry this hunting? Does it come with a lanyard,belt clip, or carrying case?

A pouch with a belt loop is included, so it can be attached to pants.

What are the differences between the Sig Kilo 2000 and the Kilo 2200?

The Sig Kilo2200MR has a "tighter" reticle circle and can be set up with a milling reticle

The 2200 also has better ranging performance against non-reflective targets (deer and tree).

Yes, it does. Sig uses AMR technology, which is ranging technology that uses an on-board inclinometer that reads incline/decline angle and modifies the effective ballistic shooting range to the target. AMR is the equivalent horizontal range and integrates perfectly when used in combination with SIG Ballistic Turret Dials.
