Is the bottom hole for a sling QD or is it for mounting the adapter to the lower?

is this the sig ar15 adapter or a part for already existing sig lowers. Basically will this work on my milspec pistol lower

If you have an ar pistol lower yes to mount a folding brace. Using this removes the buffer tube and it's functions. You can use a sig mcx upper with it.
