what is the outer diameter of this flash Hyder? want to use my Strike Industries universal Oppressor on this.

The manufacturer doesn't state the outside diameter for the Sig Sauer QD Taper-Lok Flash Hider Mount. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for this information.

My UTAS UTS-15 is supposed to match up with some of the flash suppressors. I'm having a hard time finding any reliable information about the fitment.

Your UTAS sctually uses a choke tube, per the manufacturer: "Precision machined 4140 steel barrel with muzzle threaded to accept Beretta mobile / Benelli Standard Style chokes." So the one on your shotgun is actually part of the choke.

Does this flash hider fit a .308 M5 rifle? I have the Sig SRD762TI-QD suppressor and need the correct flash hider.

It will fit as long as your barrel is 5/8x24 threaded.
