No. This does not come with all of the pieces. This does not include spacers. You need spacers in order to be able to flip the magnifier to the left. Sig charges an extra $40 for the magnifier spacers and $10 for the red dot spacers (shipping charges not included). So, if you are a left handed shooter, plan on spending an additional $60 to be able to use this combo.
I believe it does come with all the pieces that you would expect buying them individually. Both the H4 and Juliet came with the QD mounts. I was concerned about that as well, figured if it didn’t I’d just have to put the magnifier on when I needed it and take it off when I didn’t and take the extra 30 seconds. But as I said before they do both come with the QD mounts and the Juliet also has the mount on the side to allow it to rotate out of the way when you don’t need the magnifier. I was not 100% sure if that came on it but was very happy to see that it did.
