No, the red dot does not, but the magnifier does.

No. This combo does not come with any spacers. I don't know why people are saying it does. There are none. Spacers for the magnifier are $40, and are $10 for the red dot.
I bought the combo from another vendor. I am a left handed shooter. You cannot switch the magnifier to the left unless you use these spacers. I contacted SIG, and I was told that I could purchase the spacers. The prices that I listed above is what the SIG rep quoted for me.
