The SIG SAUER Sig516 Gen 2 Upper Receiver Assembly Complete is no longer available. However, the barrel is not pinned and welded. For information regarding where the SIG SAUER Sig516 Gen 2 Upper Receiver Assembly Complete was made I recommend contacting Sig Sauer.
