Yes, these are the correct sights for your Sig P250 in 9mm as these are a #8 front/#8 rear set which your firearm should have had from the factory. The tritium vials typically have a half life of 10-12 years, this means they are constantly getting dimmer, and takes about 10-12 years to be half as bright as when originally manufactured.
