Yes it fits perfectly. You can adjust the paddles and the position it sits on the rail

So the short version as long as you have the macro frame yes it will fit. Though be advised this is more the size of a TLR1 & on most macro frames it's going to stick out like the x300 does on a lot of full size which for some people they like as it prevents slide being pushed out of battery but I personally don't let people get that close! Though I personally would recommend & personally use a Foxtrot-1 on a Sharps Bro's Macro Frame as more compact. But I kept this & actually swapped out a TLR1 on a different one. I don't know how knowledgeable you are about lights the lumens are neat to know Candela is just as if not more important. So the FT1 is 450LM 12K Can compared to a TLR7 500LM 5K Can the beam patterns on both FT 1&2 great hotspot with great spill but one you can't beat the price & it comes with rechargeable usb-c battery(2 if I remember correctly but only needs 1 do get a bu)& multi pos rail adapter so you can adjust the light the only thing that I don't like about the FT1 is the switches(stiff for like 1-2mons) the FT2 has SL TLR paddle switch(you get 6 diff sizes you can swap out to your preference). I used to have mindset if work was paying, it was normally SF,Cloud(expensive ones)lights if I'm paying its SL & watched a review on lights & where I learned about Candela helps punch through photonic barriers like window tint (but there are some which might be great but I don't have trust or level info with SF&SL like OL I may use it on a home pew but I have used SF/SL professionally for 20+yrs & put my life on line so just a personal thing but the Sig has changed my mind like inforce rifle lights) The FT1 blows my TLR7 out of the water like I may have 5% tint & clearly see through it as it's 2x the Candela. I was so impressed with the FT WML's I was taking a class at Sig & ended up buying a handheld light originally was going to be a backup light but often use it as primary if a vehicle has tinted windows & actually bought the compact one for EDC. I liked the cost(discounted)it came with 2 rechargeable batteries(how many companies give you a b/u) but biggest is 1 setting bright AF & 3 modes off, momentary, constant vs light I used to have on my shoulder epaulette had like admin,Low,Med,High,Turb. For a primary I want it on & no question what mode it's in(brightness settings). Lastly if you go to Sigs website they have multiple pics under reviews of the FT2 on a Macro & you can see it's not flush with the barrel as the FT1 is
