The Sig Sauer Romeo7 1x30 Full Size Red Dot comes with a QD Lever according to the manufacturer.

It's come with a qd mount. And a low mount and a kill flash.

Mine came w a nice QD mount though the risers seem low and lower.

Yes it does come with a quick detach HI MOUNT. the LOW MOUNT is NOT QD for you m70 and similar Kalashnikov users. we use these on our service rifles (m70 SA) . they are tough, take a beating and for my guys they are excellent for work in the evenings. def preferred to our freebie aimpoint ant T-cons as far as getting down to business. just wish the QD mount was on the low plate so we could enjoy a co-witness like the enlisted guys .556 lil guns.
