Does this come with the 45mount and the red dot like the first picture?

Yes, it says so in the description. The LVPO alone is $250 the romeopro is $230, so the $450 combo price tag tells that story as well.

9 1/2" with caps off, 9 5/8" with caps on. Just measured.
