Does this scope come with the sunshade and if not, is there one available that matches the color that I can purchase?

The manufacturer doesn't specify if the Sig Sauer Tango4 6-24x50mm Rifle Scope comes with a sunshade or not. Based on customer reviews it sounds like it does, however this sunshade should work:

The Sig Sauer Tango4 6-24x50mm Rifle Scope has Sig Sauer's SpectraCoat treatment. This lens coating helps prevent glare and provides better light transmission.

Do I have the option to have a custom turret made for my load specification for this scope? And if so what's the timeframe from sig.

The Sig Sauer Tango4 6-24x50mm Rifle Scope is compatible with Sig's SBT Turrets and are available for purchase through Sig. You would need to contact Sig in order to find out how long it would take to get on of those turret caps.
