Could this be used with a 9mm carbine like a Sig MPX 9mm 16inch?

The SightMark Citadel 1-6x24 CR1 Rifle Scope can be used on a Sig MPX. However, the reticle of the SightMark Citadel 1-6x24 CR1 Rifle Scope is calibrated for use with .223/5.56 so the reticle holdover marks will not be accurate for 9mm.

I see a demo version available and a "standard version. What is the diffrence bewteen the 2 versions?
