It should still fit, the chassis still uses the factory endcap which sits in just about the same position on the barrel.
No, this chassis is just a rifle chassis, it is not a bump-stock, however this chassis then allows you to add one of the AR-15 compatible bump-fire stocks to your gun.

The fit information does not call out different varients based on manufacture date so it should not be affected by that. This unit should work.
This is just the full chassis, so you would have to purchase a bump stock. The bump stock is sold separately.
I do not think it has a bump stock on it, i looked at this a few days ago and it said in description, "you still must have an AR-15 bump stock to make this auto fire" but that is removed now, probably they are hoping for people to buy thinking it is. It is just made by the same company, "slide fire"
