It runs the length of the handle. Depends on what you are considering full tang.

Disclaimer, I have not yet purchased this knife.
Judging by the pictures and the M9 Bayonets I've seen in the past, it's most likely a rat-tail tang with a metal plate at the butt of the knife. This is weaker than a full tang, but won't be an issue if used for normal bayonet purposes. Just don't use it as a pry bar or to chop thick pieces of wood and you shouldn't have any problems.
