No mention is made concerning concrete in the installation manual , you may wish to contact the manufacturer at 877-214-4470 for additional information.

ARE THESE DOORS FIRE RATED? HOW DOES THE DOOR JAMB ATTACH TO THE WALL?

what is the width or thickness of the Jam?, my wall is 6" thick

These doors are 5" thick not counting the hinges inside, 6.3" including the hinges.
