Sure you can. Take a M-lok to piccatiny rail and trim/grind the M-lok tabs off making the back smooth. Central punch the screw holes onto the handguard and drill and tap. Mount modified pic. Rail with whatever size screws you drilled and tapped handguard with. Attach bi-pod and whala.

You can use a Harris bipod with this handguard (HG), though it will require some effort. You can buy a machine threaded sling swivel stud which should come with a "nut". These are intended for a thin forearm, the "nut" is inlayed inside to finish flush. The most difficult part with a round HG is finding bottom dead center (BDC). Once you find BDC, and the correct distance from the front of the HG, drill correct hole size, insert stud with "nut" inside and tighten. You will have to shorten the threaded shank of the stud as they are around an inch long if I am remembering correctly. I would install 2, 1 for the bipod, the other for a sling. If installing 2 I would make a plate to replace the "nuts". It can be aluminum, 3/8" wide x 1/4" thick x the spacing of the 2 studs plus 1"-1.5" long. Drill, tap, some black paint, a little Loctite and you're done. I've done this myself and it looked factory when finished. This setup was very common back in the day before picatinny rails were a thing. ("nut" because they are basically a hemisphere with serrations around the outside and not hex shaped like a traditional nut. The studs are also a common thread, like 10-24 or similar. So, if you don't want to make a plate you can easily find regular hex nuts to fit.) Good Luck
