You cannot install a bipod on this handguard.

Sure you can. Take a M-lok to piccatiny rail and trim/grind the M-lok tabs off making the back smooth. Central punch the screw holes onto the handguard and drill and tap. Mount modified pic. Rail with whatever size screws you drilled and tapped handguard with. Attach bi-pod and whala.
