Has the bcg gone through mpi and high pressure testing?

Spikes Tactical does not state if the Spikes Tactical 9mm Bolt - Enhanced ST9BG01 is MPI and High Pressure Tested. I recommend contacting Spikes Tactical for that information.

I have a Spike's ST-9G (glock mag/LRBHO) lower, if I buy a barreled 9mm standard upper will this bcg work in it?

The Bolt should work but the Upper itself may not. The Spikes ST9G Lower often requires a relief cut inside the Upper for the LRBHO Bracket. The Spikes Upper has the relief cut but other brands do not and may be too tight.
