The images are viewed using the SpyPoint app, so you would just need the app and activate the camera on each phone you want to access it from.

Yes, I bought five cameras and have one Spypoint account on their app. My Apple phone and I pad are both logged into the account and my son n law has the free app and logs in on his Samsung phone. All three devices get images at the same time.
It is very addictive. You can add as many phones as you want they just have to have the spypoint log in and password.
