Forgot how to change the batteries can’t open

If the batteries are dead, you can open the safe with the keys that came with the safe. If those cannot be found or are inaccessible, a locksmith may be able to access the safe. The keyhole is behind the plastic cover between the keypad and the turn handle.

I can not open my safe with the key pad. I changed the batteries, but still not working.

Unfortunately, there isn't a manual supplied by the manufacturer on their site. There are a couple videos on Youtube that demonstrate the process though.
