They are made in Germany. They are black with the Laser Texture armor for better grip.

I saw on a video recently that the Glass lenses are from Germany and that they are assembled or manufactured in Colorado. USA. Ive seen that twice. I own 2 sets of Steiner binoculars, they're great. In that same program they said all Steiner porro prism binoculars are built in Germany. I own 40 or more sets of binoculars, the Steiner binoculars seem bullet proof to me. Also clear and sharp.
