How do i get a hold of the warranty folks? The left eye piece is drawn in (Like in a vacuum, and to won’t budge). These have not been used yet!

These are not digital binoculars, these use a porro prism lenses.

Does the floating strap that comes with these binoculars actually float the binoculars if dropped in water?

The strap that is included with these binoculars is a neoprene strap, not the floating strap. If you want the floating strap, you would need the Steiner Yellow Float Binocular Strap 768, which Steiner states should work for the Steiner Navigator Pro.
